1.Payment terms

A deposit of 10% of the booking total will be charged on confirmation. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival. Any unpaid balance 14 days prior to arrival will result in cancelation without refund.

2.Cancellation policy

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days before the start of stay will be charged the full amount.

3.Quiet Hours Policy

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and respect our neighbours, quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM onwards.
